Engineering
Senior PHP Developer
Own core marketplace features — payments, orders, inventory. Laravel/vanilla PHP, MySQL, REST APIs.
Frontend Engineer (React/Tailwind)
Build fast, accessible UIs for shoppers and sellers. Strong HTML/CSS/JS required.
Mobile Developer (Android/iOS)
Build the DukaniKwangu buyer and seller mobile apps. Flutter or React Native preferred.
DevOps / System Administrator
Manage WAMP/Linux servers, CI/CD pipelines, backups, uptime monitoring.

Seller Onboarding Specialist
Help new shops register, verify KYC, list products and start selling. Dar es Salaam based.
Digital Marketing Manager
Run SEO, social media, influencer and paid ads campaigns targeting Tanzanian shoppers.
Customer Support Lead
Build and lead our support team. Define SLAs, escalation paths, and quality standards.
Finance & Compliance
Finance & Payments Analyst
Reconcile M-Pesa, Airtel Money, card payments. Liaise with TRA for tax compliance.
